We do! We proudly accept CareCredit, which allows you to manage your pet’s care with flexible monthly payments.
Pet insurance is a wonderful way to make veterinary care more affordable. Payment is made in full at the time of your visit, and we’ll provide an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience, we’ll first schedule an exam to review your pet’s health and travel requirements. Please have your pet’s medical records ready, and plan your appointment at least 1–2 months before your departure date.
Yes, we do. These are incredibly sensitive moments, and we’re here to support you with compassion and understanding. If your pet hasn’t been seen by us before, we’ll schedule an initial exam to assess their comfort and quality of life before moving forward.
We currently care for cats and dogs only. If you have an exotic pet, we’re happy to recommend trusted local veterinarians who specialize in their unique needs.
We work closely with a wonderful traveling cardiologist who visits our hospital for scheduled consultations. For urgent cardiac needs, we recommend visiting your nearest Specialty Veterinary Hospital to ensure your pet receives immediate care.
The reservation fee is simply a small deposit that holds your appointment time just for you and your pet. When you come in, it’s applied directly to your visit. We’ll share our cancellation policy when you book, so everything’s clear from the start.
We see patients by appointment only so that each pet gets the full attention and care they deserve. If you need to be seen soon, please give us a call—we’ll do our best to find an appointment that works for you.
We’re unable to take in stray animals, but we’re happy to help by scanning them for a microchip and providing any information we find. If you can’t hold onto the pet, please contact your local animal shelter or ASPCA for further assistance.
We truly appreciate your generosity! We can accept clean towels and unopened prescription diet food, but not toys or old medications. Local animal shelters are always grateful for those kinds of donations too—thank you for thinking of pets in need!
Please bring along your pet’s previous medical records and a small stool sample so our veterinarians can get a complete picture of their health. We can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member!
Yes! We partner with a skilled traveling veterinarian who performs all of our ultrasound procedures right here at our hospital. If you’d like to learn more or schedule one, just give us a call—we’ll be happy to walk you through the process.
